Is There a Free Hotel Lobby AI Generator? What Free Really Gets You (2026)
Updated 2026-10-18
A free Hotel Lobby AI generator exists only in a limited form: a few tools give one free test clip or some signup credits, but the free clip usually carries a watermark, is short or low resolution, and the starter credits often don't cover a full video. GenModelHub is not free: one 15-second video costs $8.99, one-time, with no subscription, and you can watch example clips before paying. GenModelHub is not affiliated with Higgsfield, Renoise, Dreamina, CapCut, Summrs, Starrd, TikTok or any other brand named below.
How to make it with GenModelHub (3 steps)
- Look at the examples first. Open the Hotel Lobby AI generator in your phone browser; the example clips on the page show what you get before you pay.
- Upload two photos and press the button. Tap the left and right boxes, add one photo in each, then tap "Make our orange booth battle". Your two replace the performers in the original Hotel Lobby moves, with every rap, hand move, cut and camera angle kept. It takes a few minutes.
- Download and post. Save the 15-second MP4, add the trending "Hotel Lobby" sound inside TikTok or Instagram, and switch on the AI-generated label.

Which photos to use
- Two photos, one person or pet in each. Left photo = left performer.
- Standing, knee-up or full body, facing the camera, filling about two thirds of the photo's height.
- No sunglasses, masks or beauty filters; clear face, good light.
- Pets, toys and cartoon characters are fine. A cat on a sofa is a classic.
- Not allowed: nudity, children, ID documents, celebrities, or anyone's photo without their consent.
- JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 10 MB.
A good photo: a friend standing in daylight, full body, looking at the camera. A bad photo: a dark close-up with sunglasses and a filter.
What you get, and what it costs
A 15-second vertical 9:16 MP4 with no sound, in a few minutes, ready for TikTok, Reels and Shorts. $8.99 per video, one-time, no subscription; the price is on the button before you generate. There are no free credits. If a generation fails, the credits come back automatically, so you do not pay for a failed clip. The same tool is reachable from the free-search page and the Higgsfield Hotel Lobby page.
Why it doesn't look right: fixes (free or paid)
Most disappointing results, free or paid, come from the photos, not the price.
| Problem | Fix |
|---|---|
| Faces look different from the photo | Use sharp, front-facing photos without filters |
| One performer blurry | Use full-body or knee-up photos in good light |
| Both people in one photo | Use one person or pet per photo |
| Wrong side | Left photo is the left performer; swap them |
| Free clip has a logo across it | That is the watermark; paid exports remove it on tools that offer this |
| Clip has no sound | Expected on ours; add the sound inside TikTok or Instagram |
What "free" means for each tool
All details below are as stated by those tools' own pages or by published reviews on 18 October 2026. Free offers change quickly, so check the price shown before you generate.
- Renoise is the clearest free offer. Its page says your first clip is free, watermarked and silent, at a default of 480p and 4 seconds, and that following it on X or YouTube earns 20 credits, which covers one default clip. The same page says there is "no free plan and no trial period" and lists paid plans at $20, $60 and $200 per month with watermark-free exports. You can use one photo of both people or one per person (renoise.ai).
- Higgsfield (Genjutsu, the tool most early guides used): a creator's YouTube tutorial says "your first generation is free". Higgsfield's help center says "on a free account, every generation carries a Higgsfield watermark" (help center). A third-party comparison reports 10 credits a day on basic models for free users, without confirming that Genjutsu is included (Creatify). Genjutsu itself needs a source clip and reference images, and a 15-second result costs 40 to 144 credits according to Higgsfield's launch post.
- Dreamina (CapCut): the Hotel Lobby guide has a "Create Video Free" button but does not state a free credit amount. Each listed paid plan, from Basic at $1.50 for the first month and then $15 per month, removes the Dreamina watermark (Dreamina).
- Summrs AI: the tool named in The Tab's 25 September 2026 explainer says account creation is free (The Tab). Toolworthy lists 50 signup credits, plans from $15 a month for 300 credits, and says the credit cost of one Hotel Lobby video was not established.
- Starrd: 20 welcome credits, while the Hotel Lobby template costs 100 credits, about $5 by its own guide. The welcome credits do not cover a video; there is no subscription and credits do not expire (Starrd).
- Fuzana: a free preview of a booth photo without an account, and 15 credits on a free account, while a five-second clip costs 20 credits.
- LightX: advertises six daily free AI credits on its general pricing, but a toolworthy review says that does not prove the Hotel Lobby video is free.
- VibeAha: welcome credits do not cover a video; 480p costs 280 credits.
The Fuzana, LightX and VibeAha points come from a comparison published on 30 September 2026 (toolworthy.ai). One more caution: LightX's own guide says "many AI video generators (including LightX) offer free credits or trials", but gives no amount for this template.
The honest summary
A free Hotel Lobby video is possible in two cases: the tool gives a single free test clip (Renoise states this), or you spend free credits on a shorter, lower-resolution version. Neither gives you a clean 15-second clip for posting. A clean 15 s clip costs money everywhere we checked: a one-time $8.99 at GenModelHub, a $9.99 single-video price at Make Hotel Lobby according to toolworthy, 100 credits (about $5) at Starrd, or a subscription at Summrs, Renoise, Dreamina or Higgsfield. We do not offer free credits; we show the example clips on the page so you can judge the result before paying, and refund failed generations.
If your goal is just to try the trend, the free route is: make a short test with a free offer above, check the look, and only then pay for a clean version. If your goal is a clip you can post today without a logo on it, a one-time per-video price is easier to predict than a subscription you might forget to cancel.
Background: why everyone wants it free
The format restages a COLORS studio performance of "Hotel Lobby" by Unc & Phew, the duo name Quavo and Takeoff used for the song released on 20 May 2022. Starrd's guide says COLORS posted the performance in June 2022 and that the sound has over 428,000 TikTok videos. The AI version spread in September 2026; The Tab reported on 25 September that people were inserting themselves, characters and animals into the video. Because every tool has to reproduce a 15-second two-person performance, generation is not cheap, which is why almost every free tier is capped. | Higgsfield free account | Source clip plus references | Motion-transfer swap | Longer setup | Free credits per day on basic models (third-party report) | Watermark on every free generation |
| Summrs, Starrd, Fuzana, VibeAha signup credits | Two photos | Depends on credits | Minutes | Free credits, not enough for a full video (toolworthy) | Need to top up |
| Dreamina | Two photos plus prompt | Prompted clip | Minutes | "Create Video Free" button; paid from $1.50 first month | Watermark until a paid plan |
| GenModelHub | Two photos | 15 s, 9:16, original moves, no sound | A few minutes | $8.99 one video, no subscription | Not free; no free credits; examples viewable first |
